My Workout...

For now...

 For the past week I've bin doing random weight lifting/ strength training exercises.  I decided to go to trusty YouTube to help me find the right workout plan for me.

Two days ago I started following this VIDEO

Weight training is good for your bones, makes you stronger, more energetic, improves balance...etc

Studies show that by practicing weight/strength training, you may not see your weight dropping (on the scale) right away, but you will definitely look and feel more toned :) WIN!



  1. I love weights based routine. I have a 3lbs hand weights and that's enough for me at the moment. I love exercises where you use your own body weight like pilates or yoga. I also do a 20 minutes cardio as my warm. best of luck in your weight training.
