For the past week I've bin doing random weight lifting/ strength training exercises. I decided to go to trusty YouTube to help me find the right workout plan for me.

Weight training is good for your bones, makes you stronger, more energetic, improves balance...etc
Studies show that by practicing weight/strength training, you may not see your weight dropping (on the scale) right away, but you will definitely look and feel more toned :) WIN!
